Mark your calenders!!!! You may even come early that day and check out the preparations and taste test some of the cusine! “Laissez les bon temps rouler” (Let the good times roll!) Mardi Gras, runs from Epiphany (Jan. 6) until Shrove Tuesday, (Fat Tuesday) the day before Ash Wednesday. It is called "The Carnival" in native Louisiana. Mardi Gras celebrates life from present time back to Egyption Mythology.
