My aunt has a cat who helps her function! I sincerely doubt she'd be able to live on her own if not for her furbaby.

HOWEVER, she has only have 200$ a month to buy her food and all the cat supplies she needs! Less if she's needed medical care.

Are there any programs or places in Portland Oregon that can help?

I never heard of such a thing but it sounds great. Is there anything for Iowa. I am a person in need of something for my senior cat Angel and my 4-yr old yorkie Bella.
