Choosing the Right Cat

GO!
If you are wondering what is the right cat for you, this is the place to be. In this introductory forum we talk about topics such as breed vs. mix, size, age, grooming, breeders, shelters, rescues as well as requirements for exercise, space and care. No question is too silly here. This particular forum is for getting and giving helpful, nice advice. It is definitely not a forum for criticizing someone else's opinion, knowledge or advice. This forum is all about purring and learning.

It really depends on how many you can handle. Our family has three house cats BUT I take care of 20ish barn cats as well. If they look really healthy, are happy, and you can give everyone the attention they deserve then all is good. For me, half the barn cats would kill me if I were to so much as try pet them so there isn't much attention they can getlaugh out loud

As a sidenote here are some pictures of mine that I took yesterday:

A few of them had watery eyes (either due to the wind over the last few weeks, the fact that it was sunny yesterday (I don't remember the last time I saw the sunlaugh out loud), or they got some bit of dust/straw in them).
