	Mawmee has a friend who has been involved in transporting animals - is part of a network that does this. Offering to get her involved if we need to. Also, if they come through Kentucky, we might be able to help transport. Will definitely add some money to the pot! Thanks, HL, for contacting the brother. I can't believe Laurel's good friend didn't take the dog! I wonder who took the dog to animal control. Praying for Noelle tonight - being a pit mix is not good news for her if she is at animal control.

	I'm thinking that Aldo hasn't had his medication in all this time. Can Laurel's brother call the vet and find out what medication is needed?

	Hazel Lucy posted an update in her diary. The best we can do for now is purr that the rescuer is able to get the kitties from the house and Noelle from animal control. Purrs, Rufus "Fellow Catsters, It's been a heart-wrenching day of worry and over a hundred pmails. Please bear with me and post the follow-ups in the groups and Forum threads for me. At 7 pm Eastern time here is where we stand: Mom was referred to the rescue contact by a Catster. Laurel's brother said earlier today that Noelle was taken by animal control. Being a pit bull, this is not good news and the odds are against sweet Noelle but we can hope. Will have news of Aldo and Tess sometime tomorrow. We trust they are still in the apartment and will be rescued by our contact. PRAY that Laurel's brother is amenable to rescue. Thank you all for you kind notes, offers of help and suggestions. 	Apollo, I've heard that either a neighbor or the landlord has been feeding the kitties, so hopefully that person knows enough to give Aldo his medicine. We looked online at Tampa animal control's website. They had quite a few pit bull terriers and mixes available for adoption, so we're purring that's where Noelle is. Purrs, Bob

	It seems it would be useful for the brother to contact their vet if Aldo hasn't had his medicines. I'm sure those records are easy to find if he doesn't know where they are. Possibly, the vet could make a house-call?? Aldo will have been a long time without his shots!!

	We live in Orlando and we know a cat rescue that might be able to help. I don't know without asking or getting in touch with them but I do have phone calls out to about 10 people. Just give as much info as you can.
