TRANSPORT PASSENGER DETAILS

Name: Sage
Breed: Husky Mix
Age: 6 years
Sex: Female
Spayed?: Yes
Weight: 60 lbs.
UP TO DATE ON ALL SHOTS AND HEALTHY

TRAVELING WITH: Health Certificate, Crate(?), Collar, Harness &
Leashes

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Sage LOVES PEOPLE, is not food aggressive,
takes treats very gently,(unless she doesn't like them),and rides
very well in a crate. However, she MUST be crated as she is other dog
aggressive and becomes very excitable when she sees them, EVEN FROM
THE CAR WINDOW! Consequently, great care needs to be taken at potty
breaks/hand-offs! Please take care to park AWAY from others, and
make sure there are no other animals in the area ... at least within
sight/reach. She is a VERY STRONG GIRL, and therefore, double
leashing/one on harness and one on collar is also a must. PLEASE
NOTE: She is also a leash chewer, so leashes are to be removed
before crating.

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO PROVIDE: A weight/size appropriate crate,
leashes and water/bowls. PLEASE NOTE: IF you cannot provide these
things, but you CAN drive, PLEASE sign up anyway!!! If need be, we
will simply provide leashes and a crate.

THE ROUTE:

PLEASE NOTE: Though I did my best to keep the legs short, some legs
are longer than others, of course. ALL legs are FLEXIBLE! Legs can
be combined or altered if need be for the benefit of the drivers.
I'm open to suggestions. As well, all destination points along I-35
after Dubuque, Iowa are named for the nearest town off the
Interstate, meaning that most times you will not need to travel into
the actual town, but can most likely meet at the gas station/truck
stop at the exit for it. However, I will leave the meeting places up
to the preference of the drivers, as they always know best! That
said, here are the legs. Approximately fifteen minutes has been
added to the end of each leg to allow for potty breaks/hand-offs. If
anyone finds any mistakes, please contact me ASAP! THANK YOU!
