 | |  | | Well, Samuel... my experience was quite a good one. I had to fly on two different planes, from Italy to Denmark, on our way to Sweden, when we now all live.
My journey was longer than six hours, with also a long wait at the airport in Rome. My mummy had water to give me to drink.
I was allowed in the cabin on both flights, so my mum put me under the seat in front of her and I slept throughout the journey. She decided not to give me any sedative, and it was the right decision, as I fell asleep anyway.
I didn't need to go to the toilet until we got to our final destination.
Your really should be fine, try not to worry too much.
