|I would call the vet and see what he/she thinks. The possible side effects for Revolution says:
Pre-approval clinical trials:
Following treatment with Revolution, transient localized alopecia with or without inflammation at or near the site of application was observed in approximately 1% of 691 treated cats. Other signs observed rarely (≤0.5% of 1743 treated cats and dogs) included vomiting, loose stool or diarrhea with or without blood, anorexia, lethargy, salivation, tachypnea, and muscle tremors.
When I had called my vet about it, they made it sound like it was really strange... but the more I searched in forums and product reviews, it seems like a fairly common problem. Mine only had diarrhea for a day, two at the absolute most.
It could just be a lot of changes and stress...
Pumpkin can help because it has a lot of fiber, however, if you give too much it can make it worse because it has a lot of water. Remember that diarrhea is generally caused by the body trying to quickly expel something... covering that up or preventing it from happening could mean that you're just covering up a bigger problem.
If it were me, I would call the vet and see if they think it's a problem. I would also mention the brief change in diet. I would be clear that everything else seems completely normal, and there is no blood and kind of a muddy consistency.
I would be willing to bet that the vet says everything sounds normal (especially since you JUST had a check-up) and tells you just to keep an eye on things.
I know how frustrating it can be! My husband says that he never worries about our cats because I do enough worrying for both of us!
