Da bird thread

This forum is for cat lovers seeking everyday advice and suggestions on health-related issues. Remember, however, that advice on a public forum simply can't be a substitute for proper medical attention. Only your vet can say assuredly what is best for your cat.

Hi catsters,
I am suspecting that a week ago my cat ate the string from da bird. I think I saw remnants of it in the litter. .. She is totally fine. Not showing any signs of feeling ill. She is playful and hungry as usual. Should I still bring her to the vet ? I don't wanna stress her for nothing but I am worried a bit.
Thanks for your advice.

In general, if you see the item in your cat's feces and she is still playful, eating, pooping without straining, etc. the best course of action is to keep an eye on her (also put Da Bird up when you're not playing with it so she can't get a hold of it), but if you see any change in behavior, get her to the vet ASAP.
