|When I brought Hunter to his vet for the first time, it was the first time for me as well at this practice. Hunters vet was pretty adamant that at their practice they do not de-claw cats and the vet said that if I wanted Hunter de-clawed to take him else where. Hunter is not de-clawed and never will be. The vet actually gave me a link of the video where they show how they de-claw a cat, and I will never watch it again. Also another reason why I go to this particular vet is because they are feline only. They specialize in just cats and have everything on site. What really shocked me about the vet was that he read Dr. Piersons website and 'knows her work'. He agrees with everything she has to say and was impressed when I brought in the printed out web pages for him to read.
They all love Hunter, and say that he's handsome, although I'm sure they say that to every cat, but for Hunty I know its true. They are slightly more expensive than a regular vet, but when it comes to my animals, money is no object.
