Hello,
It's been two days now, that Grisou has been sneezing a lot and very loudly! I'm worried of what it could be... He's persian but his nose isn't has flat as my other persian. I called the vet, but they only have an appointement next Monday, so she told me to wait and see... is there any thing I should look for? signs or anything that could tell me whats wrong? I know I might be worried a bit to much, it's just I've never seen him sneeze so many times!
I don't really know what to do...confused

I would just vacuum the house to make sure its not a dust thing and look to see if he's producing any mucus or coughing. I wouldn't worry too much, if he's still sneezing on Monday they'll probably just put him on a round of antibiotics to see if its an upper respiratory infection.

He might have a kitty cold. Just make sure that your cat is eating and drinking enough and doesn't get lethargic. If you notice this then go to the emergency vet.

Watch especially closely for how much food he is eating. Cats who can't smell well, tend not eat much.
Watch too for drainage from his eyes or his nose. Excess of either probably signals a problem that requires antibiotics or other medicines. Continuous sneezing can be a sign of an upper respiratory infection, or of a foreign body lodged in your cat's nasal passages. The good thing about a cat’s sneeze is that it is usually not serious. If your cat sneezes for an extended period of time, and you notice other symptoms such as swollen eyes and glands, you will want to visit your veterinarian. One cause of feline sneezing that is often unsuspected is dental problems such as an advanced tooth abscess. Infections from the upper dentition can penetrate the nasal region and cause frequent sneezing. Or if the cat is sneezing blood, visit your veterinarian immediately.

It's that time of year, when pollen is falling and coating everything.
