Arrival Story:
I found her at the NYC Humane Society. I was in the kitten room looking at all the adorable kitties and I stopped at the bottom corner cage. A little black kitten was just chowing down like a piglet with her back facing me. I opened the cage and she turned around and just looked at me. What was so endearing was that she still had a little food stuck to the corner of her mouth. She's still a messy eater, by the way. Anyway, I picked her up and she just held on tight and started purring. That's when I knew, I couldn't let go. I was taking her home.

Bio:
Phoebe was such a friendly and outgoing cat right from the start. The day I took her home, I had a party in my apartment for my birthday. I figured, that I was going to have to keep her in my bedroom, so as not to scare her. But no. This one had to be the center of attention. Stayed in the middle of the party. She even fell asleep on the couch in the midst of all of it. It's amazing how she loves people. And she's so affectionate. Just a big mush. She greets me at the door when I get home. And gives lots of kisses.
