TUNA!!!! Iam's food and Whisker Lickin's for treats. She also LOVES milk, although she doesn't get it much!

Arrival Story:
I went to the pound to pick out a cat. After looking at about 150, I decided to go home and think it over. As I was walking out I saw them putting a tiny little adult cat into a cage. She was probably the only one I had not seen yet. So I asked to see her up close. We went into the visitation room and they brought her in. She was squirming trying to escape the arms of the person holding her and I thought, oh no, she isn't friendly! But when she leaped to the ground she sprinted across the room, hopped up on the couch next to me, rolled on her back and started purring. I immediatly said "I'll take her!". When we adopted her we were told that she was about 9 months but the vet said it was more like 6-7 months. What makes this so sad is that when she was brought into the shelter she was in labor! She had one kitten that did not survive. I'm not sure but I think this might have something to do with her size. She is just a tiny little thing! We call her the itsy-bitsy girl!
Bio:
When we first brought Lucy home, it was big trouble with Newki. For some reason he was absolutely terrified of her! Which in turn, made her chase him and attack him all the time. It got to the point where Newki would no longer walk on the floor. He would only walk on the furniture to the entertainment center, jump to the table, etc... Lucy isn't a fan of heights. This went on for months! We even had to carry him to the litter box. Then one day we got a new rug, and they both wanted to check it out. Now Lucy is his best buddy! She is such a sweet cat. She still loves to chase Newki around but he doesn't seem to mind too much. She is very snuggly. She loves to snuggle with her momma and her brother Newki. She is the funniest little thing. Every night she sleeps on her momma's pillow wrapped around her head. This is a habit she developed when she was first brought home and used to try to nurse on her mom's ears at night! she definitely prefers women, she only lets me hold her. We have a special bond, probably because we are the only women in a house full of males! She is extremely affectionate with me. It is the sweetest thing to see! We had never gotten a cat from the pound before and we couldn't have found a better little angel! And in a house full of boys it is nice for her mom to have a little girl around!
