Arrival Story:
My husband, Nick, and I moved to our first apartment. We had come from families with lots of pets, and our home felt lonely. We decided to visit our local shelter, to see if we could find the right cat for us. After not finding any cats that matched what we had in mind, we saw Cloud. He was eating right next to a dog the shelter allowed in with the cat room. We picked him up, and he immediately started purring and licking our faces. It was love at first lick. Soon after, Cloud became the proud big brother of Kairi and Yuffie. He didn't know it at first, but he soon realized what his life was missing, a friend to play with and cuddle with.

Bio:
Cloud is named after a video game character. Cloud is a lover, not a fighter. He is always willing to be picked up, and even enjoys cuddling at times. When he's not in the mood, he will tolerate cuddling, but he'll meow to let you know he's done. Whenever I'm on the computer, he jumps into my lap and tries to get on the keyboard and swat at the screen. Our mittens bring so much fun and love into our lives.
