Arrival Story:
Bugsy was brought in with his siblings to the pet store I used to work at. The woman who had the momma kitty had come in earlier to ask what she should do with the one kitten who's legs "weren't right". I think she wanted me to tell her to put him to sleep. But, instead, I asked her to give the kitten a chance as long as he could move around and get enough milk and didn't look like he was in pain. When the kittens were old enough to be away from mom, the woman brought them in. I had no idea of how this little boy's legs were going to look like. That day all I heard was, "OH! What in the WORLD is wrong with that ones' legs?!" I took him home later that day....

Bio:
Bugsy was born near Lakeway, Texas. He is very sweet and affectionate. He gets around very well, but understandably prefers floors with a carpet on them. I had to make "Bugsy Runways" in the one place that had carpet in only the bedrooms and living room. He gets along well with pretty much anyone, but if the other cats or dogs get on his nerves, he'll give them a good swat. And he's got a mean bear hug hold! He loves his kitty condos and will get up all the way to the top. Although he has to try a little harder to get down. I usually put the condos together in a stair step pattern to make it easier on him. The other unique things about Bugsy is because of the way his front legs are, he had learned to sit up like a Meercat or kangaroo. His tail also stops just short of a normal length tail, including the hair. So it looks like the tip has been trimmed off.
