Arrival Story:
I found Smash on a local BUSY road. I was on my way to RDU airport when I saw something be thrown out of a car window a car going the oppsite direction. Turns out...it was a kitten. He didn't move, but he was still breathing. I wrapped him up and hope he would make the combine four hour trip to and from the airport. He did, but there were times I thought he was dead. The next day, I took him to the vet. Turns out, he had a broken leg and the vet wanted me to have him put down. I couldnt do it! So, after seeing another vet, I was given hope. Two weeks of feeding him broth and water with an eye dropper, he came to life. He is now my life trouble maker. He loves to climb and "surprise" attack the dogs. He's a lovable guy.
