Arrival Story: I was born August 26, 2007. Originally I was going to be the only kitten adopted from my litter of 3. But then as luck would have it, one family backed out on adopting us. Mom told my dad that two Seal Mitted Raggies were available, and dad said, "Why not get both?" Mom was shocked!! But she agreed to it and now me and my twin, Tiskers, can continue to be besties and live together under the same roof!
Bio: As many of you know, my brothers are friends with Snowmitts and family. Mom instantly fell in love with Snowmitts and when we heard that there were 2 Seal Mitted Ragdolls born, my pawrents were lucky to adopt both of us! My furrry parents are the same as Snowmitts', so he is my older brother. Biscotti is the 3rd cat from the same litter, so he too is my brother! My name is Mittens as a homage to Snowmitts who is my brother from a few litters before me :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My favorite colors are light yellow and light blue. While I love food as much as Boogie, I won't be able to sink my teethies into lush, wonderful Turkey... Mom wasn't about to buy or make a turkey just for herself as Daddy works on Turkey Day!
He's getting turkey at work as the wives of his co-workers all made a dish for Turkey Day. Mom doesn't cook much but she managed to make a Potato Salad. Sure, it's not really a Thanksgiving dish, but mom doesn't cook much. She also hopes they don't mind that there's NO ONIONS in the dish 'cause mom doesn't eat or cook with those icky smelly onion stuff! P-YOUUUUUUUUUU!!!
I'm also very thankful this Thanksgiving that I have a hot hot girlfriend named Tessa *SWOOOOOOOOOOON* Sawyer BETTER share turkey with her or I WILL SIT ON HIM!!!!!
That'd be me!! Boogie, Fido and I were sleeping on the bed with mom. Dad apparently woke up in the middle of the night, errrr morning, and slept on the sofa as mom was... Get this... SUPPOSEDLY snoring loud :)
Well mom woke up to see me next to her. She pet me and then went back to sleep. Or so she had hoped. I kept inching closer to her and mom of course woke up as I pur LOUD. Mom has NEVER heard a cat pur so LOUD!!! She of course knows I'm a big dude, but she laughs as I'm her living BIG fluffy and soft plushy toy. I'm huge... Bigger than Boogie if you can believe that.
Oooo today we got a Thanksgiving card from my brothers Snowmitts and family!! Did you see their cute family pics?
Mom still wants to steal Snowmitts AND Biscotti (my litter mate). Ahem? What about ME?!?! :)
I'm all set for Catmas! We have all our gifts for close friends and our girlfriends/wifey's. We're having a quiet Catmas this year with minimal gifts since we're spending our extra $ on our house.
I hope to have some pictures to show everyone in Jan!!!
