when i was 4 years old, i was out frog hunting, and a tiny starving cat jumped into my arms. my parents didn't want me to keep her, and told me not to feed her or she'd never leave. of course, i began feeding her, and she never left. :)

Bio:
my tenacious and wonderful baby girl (who has fought her share of dogs) is getting pretty old. :( i just want to immortalize her, and hope that she sticks around for years and years. misty lives in san antonio with her grandparents, and loves it there-there's a courtyard, and a greenbelt, and she can go outside without worrying about getting run over. she has two cousins in denton, micio and mia. she has never met her cousins, and would like to keep it this way, because she's queen of the castle, and doesn't care much for competition. she's a fiesty senior feline! ****************************** i held my baby girl in my arms as she went into the light, bathed in the afternoon sun. it was a hard decision to make, but it was peaceful. march 1985-january 21, 2005
