She's usually far too busy sleeping to play with toys. She does sometimes like catnip toys and feather teasers, but that is very rare.

On top of the bed in our guest bedroom.

Favorite Food:
Temptations Hairball Treats are her favorite. She eats Wellness dry food and a variety of wet foods (Natural Balance, Chicken Soup, Avoderm, Eagle Pack Holistic).

Arrival Story:
I found Mattie on Petfinder. She had only been at the shelter for about a week before I adopted her on October 3, 2007. I don't really know what her story is, but she must have been someone else's pet because she is de-clawed.

Bio:
We don't know her exact birthday but she isn't that old. Out of all of our pets, she is the oldest and the one that we have had the longest. The shelter described her as "mellow and laid back" but a more accurate description would have been "grumpy and lazy." She likes her alone time and isn't one to cuddle, but will let you pet her on her terms. Matilda is named after my favorite childhood book (Matilda by Roald Dahl).
