Bio:
My husband had never had cats growing up and I had many. I already had Bubba when I was at college and I said if you marry me, you marry my cat. So he did. After we were married, Bear came to us. He became my husbands cat, so since he had only been raised with dogs, he treated Bear like a dog. He would come running when you whistled, catch treats in the air and by jumping at them, and he had a special bond with my husband that I had never seen before with any other cat. He was totally facinated with water, he could watch it run out of the faucet for hours, slapped at it and would watch it drain down the sink. He was very good with our nieces, they would throw him over their shoulders and carry him around and he didn't mind at all. He was the sweetest and most loving cat I ever had. My friend Lori from college fell in love with him and when she came to visit me, I knew it was more to see Bear than me. Bear passed away in the spring ot 2004 with cancer. Our oldest Bubba, is still around and misses him terribly.
