Arrival Story:
Java's foster mom saw a documentary called "Rescue Me" about the pet overpopulation problem. She got very sad and went to the shelter the next day and rescued 2 litters of kittens! Of those litters, Java is the only one left. We don't know why! He's a beautiful boy!

Bio:
Java is very striking, with a unique lynx point tabby coat, a distinctive face and beautiful green eyes. Java is extremely sweet and loves to play! Java would do great in a household with other cats, dogs, and children. Java was diagnosed with a mild heart murmur as a young kitten, but has been very healthy and the vets are very optimistic that he will outgrow it (this is not abnormal for kittens). He does not require any medication or special care. He will do best with a family who has lots of time to love him and play with him! Java has had his vaccinations and has been altered, and is ready to meet his new family!
