Arrival Story:
My Mom was a volunteer in Las Vegas with several animal rescues. One day she was called to transport some cats for a animal rescue. That is how I met my Mom.... she says it was love at first sight but lets start at the beginning shall we..... I was abandoned by my first family in Las Vegas, they had moved out of there house and left me behind. My previous owners left me in an empty house and broke a window for me to get in and out of the bathroom. I waited and waited and waited in the hot house for them to come back to me. They never came back ever..... I remember I got so hungry that I finally braved jumping out the window. I eventually made friends with a pack of ferals running about in the desert. We caught rats, birds, mice, whatever we could find to eat we sometimes ate out of the trash. I would jump back in the window and drink out of the toilet if I ever got thirsty. Some of my friends even moved in with me. We had a empty 2 bedroom house all to ourselves.... yet it was so lonely. No one to love on me or to cuddle with. No one to talk to I mean I got tired of hearing my friends talking about their gambling trips.... Well I guess someone called someone and one day I saw a huge cage with a can of tuna in it. It smelled so extremely yummy and tasty.....with the sun pounding down and cooking the tuna I could not resist inching forward. I was overwhelmed and so focused on the tuna that I had no idea what happened when the trap snapped shut. I freaked out and cried for hours and hours.... though I did eat all that onolicious tuna. Finally an elderly man came and brought me into his home let me out and gave me more tuna. This time it was on a paper plate oh so good.... I saw a few of my friends in his home. I couldnʻt believe it here we were a few blocks away from my empty home. But this home was full of tuna oh sweet lovely tuna..... A few days later there was a knock on the old man's door and a lady walked in. She helped the old man place several of us into pet carriers. Each cat that was placed a pet carrier was then taken out the door. Where was she taking them? Why was she taking us away from tuna heaven? I was the last to be caught I did not want to leave tuna heaven no I didnʻt. Yet when I looked up at this lady she smiled and talked softly with love. From that moment on it was love woohooo I had found my Mommie!! She took all of us to a local Las Vegas veterinarian we were given shots *ouch* surgery *super ouch* and they took blood from us *now I am mad* 3 days later my Mom picked me up and took me to her home.... where I have been ever since.

Bio:
My Dad named me Lenny after a sous chef who worked for him. My Dad said he was big, fat, lazy, and ate to much. Ahhh describes me perfectly....King of the Hill eating and being lazy that is what life is all about!! Anything I can do to upset my sister Mahina is bliss for me......
