Arrival Story:
Like most of the AAWL's animals, Wanda came to us from Maricopa County Animal Control (the local "pound"). All of our animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. Visit our other adoptable animals at www.aawl.org..

Bio:
A fish called Wanda? No silly! I'm a kitty called Wanda! I think you'll agree that I'm much more interesting than a fish: a fish won't burrow her head gently when she gets belly rubs like I do and a fish won't purr away if you scratch under its chinny chin chin. I bet a fish won't chatter with you either. When I'm in a familiar setting that makes me feel comfy, I can be playful too and I might enjoy laptime as well. Even being held is fun, but I need to be held by someone who understands me: put me on your shoulder and I'm often happy as a clam, but I'll sometimes make funny noises as though I'm grumpy. Don't worry, I'm not! It's just one of my quirks, just like how quickly I can go from glamorous (my first picture) to intent (my second picture) in a matter of moments. My adoption fee is $50.
