My event...

Surprise surprise!!!

The new batch did survive! I had them hid out until I felt it was safe to bring them home. I had 5 babies! They are now 6 weeks old and thriving nicely. This morning mommie put a feeder outside with food and water as the babies are eating on their own and getting furrrry round! MOL Please feel free to visit my page and see the latest photos!

Whew!!! It's over!

Dear Diary,

The surgery for all of us is now over. We've slept the night away and we're just awaiting our release. Daddy is going to open the cages one at a time and allow us to eat, drink and do our business. The strangers that are with us can go to their homes and get back to feeling safe.

We just hope efurryone does their part and helps to keep the feral population down!

Rusty and the kids

Well.... my Sunday didn't start out bad but....

by the end of it, I was questioning why I effen bothered to get out of bed

I had 3 kids when I was hardly more than a kitling myself! I've done a rilly good job of raising them on my own in spite of all the problems with being a single parent. Recently though, I had another batch and they didn't survive. This has prompted my mommie to take action...that and all the "handsome" toms that have been running us all ragged, not mention driving the inhabitants of our mobile home park crazy.

Today we're all in wire prisons! Mommie says it's for our own good, though. Her is taking us to the vet and taking care of this problem and doing that will help keep the feral community from growing any more because of us! Yes! We're feral but have never known a "wild" day in our lives. I was born under mommies mobile and so were my kids.

In the process of containing us, we have 2 more that are about to be "fixed", too. One is the daddy of all the kids and is named "Pops". The other one we've neffer seen before but shouldn't have been running around at night!

Diary, I will fill you in as the events unfold!
