I came to be the guardian of Hootie when my daughter was moving into an apartment that didn't allow pets. Hootie was to be temporary. Yeah right! I had recently become widowed and was going to adopt a pet anyways, so I let him into my life and heart.
Hootie was very instrumental in picking out my next husband, as the requirements were you had to like cats. (I knew the love for Hootie would come later and it did). Anyhow the rest is history and we had Hootie until 9/2005.
Bio:
Hootie was a very loveable cat and would announce visitors at the door. However, he was not fond of the little folks as he wasn't around them much until after his momma remarried and some came with the territory. They all loved him and would squeal and run after him. It was rare that they got any Hootie sightings!

today meomy met two new kitties, poppet and vivaldi and read their stories. they are both such beautiful kitties. we know that their meomy is sad too.
i have seen poppet up here at da bridge, now i know that vivaldi was the ofur kitty with him.
gotta run and find my mew furriends.

OMC, I can hardly stand this!
I WON something!!
I jest joined this pawsome group, Silly Sab Stories and
they have a trivia Tuesday question.
It is how fast does a raindrop fall per hour?
Now frum way up here at the bridge, it is hard to cat-culate
but I guess (mol) 7 mph. Guess what!!! It is the right answer!!
Now I get a prize and I chose a bluebird. I ruv the birds and
that way all the bridge kitties get to hear it too!!!
