Super Britt - runs at full speed from down the street, across the yard, up the front steps and slides across the porch though the open door into the house - Time to eat! Excellent snuggler, too!

indoors and outdoors

Arrival Story:
A friend at work had two kittens left from a litter. I was moving into an apartment and had been wanting a cat for a while. I met my friend in the parking lot of The Varsity in Atlanta to see the two kittens - a gray and orange female and an orange and white male. They were both adorable - all fuzz and a big head - but found myself bringing Peanut Brittle (the big orange blob on his back looks like a sheet of peanut brittle melted across his back and down his sides) home with me.

Bio:
Britt has always had a bigger than life personality. He does what he wants, when he wants, and expects no questions. He can be a sweet snuggler when he's in the mood and has dropped a marine to his knees by biting his nose when he pesterd Britt too much. Amazingly, once the marine picked himself up off of the floor we discovered not even a scratch on his face! Britt has been a wonderful companion through the years and always knows when I need his affections the most. Britt was indeed a terrific cat. Sadly a few weeks after our move returning us to Atlanta where we were first united, he disappeared from our home and has never returned. He is greatly missed and can never be replaced. We are quite sure he either retired himself to the lap of someone much more in need of love or just knew it was his time to move on. Thankfully we will always have the great memories!
