Arrival Story:
One of the farm cats at my Dad's had a litter of 2 kittens before we could get her spayed. One gray tiger, one solid white. The gray tiger boy (Tigger) became a mouser on my Dad's farm..he is great at it. Dusty did not remain solid white, she started changing colors. She loves attention and she is partially deaf, the vet says she has very limited hearing. So of course we kept her.
Bio:
If a cat could be blonde, Dusty is blonde. Her Dad says she is dumb as a box of rocks. It is not that she is dumb, more just ditsy. Words just cannot describe her...she is loving as can be, be she will run into the door not realizing it has shut...she makes up for her ditsyness with her charm, such a love bug who loves to climb up on your shoulder.

This week has been a roller coaster...such a wonderpurr beginning - my dearest Brutus asked me to be his one and only and gave me a beautiful ring....Pooh says I am floating around the house on cloud nine...oh happy happy joy joy
but then,
sweet Tiger Lily crossed the bridge followed by my bestest lil bud Gibbs. Both were complete shocks....oh sad sad day....
but then
TL and Gibbs popped into the brusselball group while practicing with their wings...they are the most beautiful angels...and I think they will have many fun brusselball games in the meadow across the bridge!
their visit, though our hearts were sad, lightened them as we know they will always be with us, because of the love and good times shared.
now if my fur would pawlease grow in quicker I would be a most ecstatic kitty...I am sure it will grow in before our fall wedding, but geeze, patience is not a virtue many kits possess!

I feel so honored, my furbro Joey's group BCCP has invited me to be their guest of the week...I hope to meet all those lovely purrrs that Joey has been telling me all about.
Sunshine is helping me make a big batch of cuppy cakes for all to share...I do not want to show up empty pawed...I do hope they like them!
