Arrival Story:
Zeke came to me from a friend. His former owner couldn't take care of him any longer and my friend was trying to find him a home as a favor. I was skeptical since I had the girls. However, I didn't want to consider the alternatives for him. So, I agreed. It was rocky at first. The girls weren't fond of him. Pie was particularly disgusted at having to share her home with yet another. Shadow was afraid of him since he decided she was the littlest, and having no claws, she was easy to pick on. It took some time and it was rough. But he settled down eventually and I was glad that I had given it time and stuck with him. He still playfully chases Shadow. Pie jumps in to protect her 'sister' when she thinks he's too rough. He's just a big ole playful boy who makes me laugh with his antics. Stretched from paw to paw he measures 35 in. Truly a big boy and very affectionate.
