Arrival Story: I adopted Tiger from a farm when she was about 4 months old. A little girl was carrying her around and when I saw her, I knew I just had to have her. Tiger was a spoiled little girl from the start. She knew how to wrap you around her paw. When she was a kitten, I used to have to lock her out of the bedroom because she would nip at your feet all night long. She also was a table scraper. No matter what you were eating, she would have her face in it. Her favorite was milk and ice cream. She loved to be brushed, as soon as she would see the brush, she would flip on her side. She was very much a kissy face, she would crawl up on your chest and give kiss after kiss after kiss. She was our little lover girl. We miss her very much.
Bio: Our Tiger has since passed away at the age of 18 from lymphoma.

Daddy's Girl:
Tiger was Daddy's Girl. Before her Daddy and I got married, sometimes he would spend the night, when he left, she would sit on the couch looking out the window for him to return. Sometimes, she would stay on that couch all night waiting for him. She knew the sound of his car, and all of a sudden she would jump on the couch, look out the window until he drove up. Her Daddy spoiled her terribly, giving her whatever she wanted. At dinner time, she would sit on the chair next to him and wait for a "scraper". If he wasn't moving fast enough she would put her paw on his arm as if to say, Um excuse me. It was so cute. She would sit on his shoulder with her head next to his and fall asleep. When she started to get sick, it was very hard for her Daddy and I think in her own way, she tried to avoid him the last few days, so she didn't have to see him hurt. He loved her very much. And the funny thing is, her Daddy said he wasn't a "cat person". Leave it to our Tiger to change his mind! Crazy Calico.

Mommy,
I want you to remember all the times you spent together with Grandmaw. No tears today, only smiles. You may think that she left too soon, but she had a job to do, here in Heaven.
She is never far from you though, she is always with you. During your difficult times, she quietly gives you the strength to get through. Don't you ever wonder how you come to the right decision? MOL.
Look to the sky today, and you will feel her close, even more so than usual. She loves you, mommy - always.
Geez, I don't even know where to start. First, I'd like to say thank you to HQ for choosing me today. Second, this has been a sad week, as our dear furriend, Lucky suddenly passed and has joined us at the Bridge. As some of you may know, Lucky and her sisfur Squirrel were rescued and nursed back to health by a wonderpurr mommy. Please keep Lucky and her furmily in your thoughts and purrayers.
Also, please keep our other dear furriends, Fela Kiti and Hooch in your purrayers, as they are not feeling well. We are all hoping for a speedy and full recovery for both.
On a happy note, this weekend is the 4th of July and with our troops still fighting for freedom, give thanks to a solider you may see. It means alot to a soldier to know that we're standing behind them. After all, they are fighting for us, for our freedom, for our livelihood.
I would like to mention, if anycat has time, we are having a candle ceremony for Hooch tonight at 8pm CST. Please light a candle, let it burn for 15 minutes and blow the healing light towards him. Please join us if you can.
Wishing everycat a safe and happy holiday weekend. Thanks again HQ for picking me today.
Happy Father's Day to the bestest daddy in the world! I was one lucky kitty to have had you in my life! I was your little girl. Remember how I would curl up on your shoulder and we would watch TV together? I may not be with you, but those memories last a lifetime! I knew when you came over that first night, that you were great, that's why I gave you the paw of approval - to make sure you came back!!!
MOL - mom always said that the only reason you asked her out for another date was to see me! I knew it was true too!!!!
I miss you daddy, and I will always love you! Thank you for taking such good care of mom, me and Sami and of course, Tally and Bella too.
You are amazing daddy and don't you ever furget it!!!!
