Likes: Loki loves to be , play, be petted, talked to to, and to be fed treats. He also loves his sister Maggie- they are so bonded. Watching birds and squirrels out the window is also a favorite pastime
Pet-Peeves: Very few ,but he dosn't like being told to get off the counter and out from behind the TV
Favorite Toy: Loki loves his furry squeaky mouse on a wand, and also little colored furry mice
Favorite Nap Spot: The bed and on top of the stereo. He also likes to lay on the love seat. Sometiems he tries to use Kiwis little pink bed, but dosb't fit very well!
Favorite Food: Fancy Feast and roasted Turkey or chicken.
Skills: Loki likes to try drinking from a straw, he then steals it , runs around and then tries to return it to the cup ! Silly Loki :-) He can also say MAMA now!!

Arrival Story: Our beloved Peanut passed away and we wanted to find another cat to help fill the hole in our hearts. We looked at many wonderful kitties, but none seemed to be the one until we met little Loki, then called Pounce. He was 4 months old. He was sweet , smart and seemed to be just the right cat to join us. When we met Loki, we also met his brother , then called Smokie and sister Maggie who was very shy. We went back about a month later and adopted Maggie too!
Bio: Loki is a BIG cat! At 8 months he was already over 36" from nose to tip of tail!At 10 months he was over 40" long !!!! At one year he is about 42" long and still growing - although slowly now. He is also tall.
He is very gentle and sweet. He offers kitty snuggles in the middle of the night- so nice- like a teddy bear. He and his sister greet us at the door when we come home, almost like having puppies !
As Loki has grown up he has bengun to watch out for our elderly cat Muffin. She is 18. He helps clean her fur and snuggles next to her. He is such a sweet gentle soul.
Loki is also full of energy , dashing about , playing and getting into things. His little mate brother(Smokie), also shaded silver was named Lokie by his parents! Really - I guess they are both mischiefs :-)

The Last Forum I Posted In: Oct 24th Baci & Redd Catt Get Hitched Italian Style - YO
We live in a 2 story house and the stair railing extends along the front hall upstairs. We can stick our heads in and out between the rails and peak down- pretty much just our heads for Maggie and me , but Kiwi and Abby are smaller so they could go through if they wanted to.
Today for some reason Kiwi decided to stick a lot of her body through and Daddy yelled to mama to come up the stairs and push her back so she would not fall. ( Since she is a teen cat they worry about her being not quite so fexible)
But I was close by so I ran to her and sort of pushed her back so she would not be in any danger . I am a good brother! Mama and Daddy were impressed that I actually reacted so quickly to go to her rescue!
She probably would have backed up anyway , she always has in the past- she is still very nimble, so I'm not much of a hero.
I loves my Kiwi sisfur, and I like to protect her. Once a long while ago when Abby was hitting Kiwi I picked Abby up and turned her over onto her back and held her with my paw for just a moment so she got the message. Do not pick on Kiwi!
Kiwi purrs so loud, I love to lay near her and listen. She is a wonderful sister. Of course I would save her!
I can fly!!!!!!!!
Well, I don't actually have wings like a bird, but I can fly!
I like to move around the room without touching the floor . Heck, why should I get down onto the floor to move from the love seat to the back of the sofa if Iwant to look out the window? And so what if one of my pawrents is sitting there? I just fly over their heads! That makes them nervous...wonder why?
Today daddy was taking some pictures of Maggie , and while he had the camera out I decided to fly- and he caught me on the camera- its a fast camera !
I also like to fly if another cat is in the way- why go around ... Just jump up and fly over!!!
Maggie can fly too, but don't tell 'cause she is a lady like cat and dosn't want anyone to know she flies around - a lot-! Maybe Daddy will capture her "on film" flying one day too and all the world will know!

I am hoping people will vote for me in the Bissel MVP photo contest. If I win , then I go to the finals and the winner of that gets a prize for an animal charity of their choice. I would love to be able to win $10000 for the Bangor Humane Society! Just think of how many kitties that would help!
Anyway for the last 3 voting periods the winners have all been dogs. I sure hope my catster pals help a cat to win this week. The voting is open through the 8th. Only one vote per voter is allowed
