Pugsley's Story

I have been promoted to Captain in the Furry Federation!!!

I received a message from space today that I have been promoted to Captain in the Furry Federation. I am going to be allowed to name my ship. That is exciting. I will be picking from some seasoned crew members to fill slots on my ship. I believe though that the junior officers should also have a chance to serve and prove themselves in the Federation. We all had to be young and inexperienced at first. I am proud to serve!

I Love My Life!

I am becoming more friendly and with people that come to visit us. I am still shy, but I guess that I am more curious now. I have become very handsome too! My Mommy says so! I now weigh in a 13 pounds, and it is all muscle. I still love playing with my toys, especially jingle balls that make a lot of noise and go really fast when you swat them. The dogs sometimes play with me when I am chasing the little balls. Harley Dude plays with me all the time. Tazzy just watches us and shakes her head in amazement. I have decided that I like my Daddy quite a lot. He tells me I am his Buddy. I don't know what that is, but evidently it is a good thing. I purr a lot for him. I love sleeping under the covers and in my kitty bed on an afghan my Mommy made for me. I am getting so big, I kinda hang out of the kitty bed when I am sleeping. My bed is next to my dog Gloria. I really love her. She has been so nice to me ever since I came to live here. I love Peggy Sue too, but Gloria is really special. I think I will stay here the rest of my life.

I am a lucky kitty!

My Humans found me in a parking lot on Sept 5, 2006. They took me home and fed me Fancy Feast. I ate the whole thing. I wouldn't drink water, so my Mommy gave me some warm chicken broth. Wow! I am never leaving this place. All the fur babies that live here came in one at a time to meet me. My favorite friend was Gloria. She is a great big dog. She kept trying to lick me. I thought she wanted to eat me at first. Then Harley Dude came in and hissed at me. He was bigger than me so I let him share my food. We have become brothers and love each other very much.
I am very shy, and I usually stay hidden when company comes. When it is just "us" at home, I am all over the place.
I am so glad that these humans wanted me.
