Skills:
He gives wonderful leg massages with all four paws. Just after "lights out" or first thing in the morning he jumps up and straddles a leg and massages away for about 15 minutes. I don't know what he gets out of it, but we sure enjoy it.

Arrival Story:
Adopted from a pet store display of rescued cats. He had been brought to the same store by a teenage boy who wanted to give him away. The clerk gave him the rescue organization's phone number, explaining he couldn't just drop him at the store. The clerk then observed the youngster dropping the cat into a shopping cart in the parking lot before taking off, so he went and got him and called the rescue organization.

Bio:
Everest is a shy cat, and disappears whenever anyone comes in the house. He does not snuggle, and the only times he has approached me to be held was when his "sister" was away overnight after surgery, and when she snuck out and wouldn't come in one night. He loves "hunting" sun spots and insects, and enjoys feather toys, but always defers to his smaller sister when a toy is brought out. He regularly grooms Anna, whose mother apparently didn't teach her proper grooming skills, and when he finishes washing her, he pounces on her, and they roll and tumble in a mock fight.
