Pet-Peeves: Somebody touching his feet, getting his belly brushed
Favorite Toy: he LOVES pencils! Why? I have no clue. But, it makes homework very difficult when he's trying to eat my pencil. The earphones to my Ipod.
Favorite Nap Spot: wherever he passes out, usually in the middle of the floor. He loves to sleep on my chest or pillow while i'm sleeping.
Favorite Food: Science Diet Indoor Formula, He can't eat anything else because he's toothless
Skills: Drinking out of the toilet and not falling in. He can do a tumble, which for a 15 pound cat is pretty good.

Arrival Story: Sapphire and his 3 littermates were dropped off at the shelter when they were about 12 weeks old, they were all infested with fleas. We fostered him and his litter mates for around a week or so, at the time we were not planning on keeping any of them. They all had baths and we fattened them all up a bit and took all of them back to the shelter, except for one :)
We started weaning Sapphy off of the canned food and on to hard food, that's when his teeth started falling out. Of course, him being a kitten and all we figured he was just losing his baby teeth, really fast. Later on his adult teeth came in, and promptly fell out. Sapphire has a genetic defect that made his teeth come in with no roots; his brother was the same way. *Please note that the breed I put him as is a guess, and a demand by, ahem, certain people....*
Bio: He loves, loves, loves to be brushed. As long as you're not brushing his stomach or his chest, you can brush him until your arms get tired. He is incredibly nosy and has to know where I am and what I'm doing at all times. When Sapphire first came home we thought he was a girl (whoops!) and his name was butter cream. His name changed from Butter cream to Princess, and then the vet informed us that our little girl was a little BOY and his name changed to Indigo. Because Sapphire and I both have blue eyes, and my birth stone is Sapphire, I thought that it would be a great name for him.

My seven random facts:
1. I make sour-puss face if I’m woken up.
2. The first time I saw my vet she tried to convince Mom to let me come stay at her house!
3. I love love love mom’s foster kittens and get mad at her if she won’t let me play with them.
4. I’m a catnip junkie.
5. I loved to be brushed and will let Mom brush me as long as she wants, as long as she doesn’t touch my belly.
6. I am absolutely terrified of the outdoors. There are way too many noises out there!
7. I love to race mom to the bathroom (in the dark, of course) and I try to trip her.
Well, today mommy was at the shelter like every other Thursday, and she usually brings home a kitten or...six. MOL. But today, she brought home this brown thing with a HUGE head!!! She called it a "dog"? What in the world is a dog??? *scratches head* I'm confused, she told me that it was just a big ugly kitten. But boy, can a kitten really be that big and ugly?? grrr, i'm confused *tilts head to the side* Anyways, i'm just gonna act, I mean be all tough and not back down to this wrinkly brown thing, unles it comes near me....then I might just get out of it's way.
Ok, well i'm gonna go stare at it some more and hope that it tell me exactly what it is soon...

You won't BELIEVE what happened today! Ok, i'm gonna start off with this, I love love love LOVE my mommy and show her this by tripping her and all of that good stuff. But today,ooh today, that little booger (also known as Rico) has decided that i'm not alowed near my mom, Who does he think he is?!! He GROWLED at me! I don't have teeth so I left little booger alone but he better not run me offa mom's lap again. Oh boy.. he better watch himself.... I think i'm gonna go nap now *sniff*
