My husband wanted a cat that was "his". Well Meiuxy mostly is, but I do everythign for him. My husband took some people fishing and they gave us a kitten in return, a 3rd generaltion purebred Bengal who totally lives up to his wild name and disposition! By the way, Bengals LOVE to chew on ANYTHIGN leather! They attack it!
Bio:
After my first cat, Asti, passed away Meiuxy tried to establish himslef as the "Godfather's protoge" and dominent cat. Totally dissing the other older male cat, YokoGari and terrorizing the new kitten, Chopper. However, Chopper grew to be 13 pounds and now dishes out paybacks for all the times Meiuxy tried to smother him as a little kitten! LOL! Actually all the male cats are submissive to the only female (and small) Honeybunny Boo! She is the Diva!

5 interesting things about me:
1. I was named after Claude LeMeiux the great hocky player
2. I single-handedly destroyed a leather recliner by chewing it to death
3. I WANT to be the Alpha-male, but I am NOT
4. I spray sometimes, even though I've been fixed sice the age of 6 months. Especially when another outside cats comes prowling around.
5. I secretly actually like my new little sister, L'il Bear. She's a hoot!

Ok, enough. Up until now I've kept my silence on the new kid. It wasn't so bad at first, she really didn't bother me one way or another. But NOW! Geez, I can't catch a few winks if she's around. My tail is, well, MY TAIL! Not a toy, it belongs to me to swish as I please and I should be able to do it without that little rat-looking thing hopping all over it and them chomping down! There is no respect nowadays with these little rascals! MMMMRRREEOOOWWWW!

Meowmy knew I wasn't feel right adn took me to the vet for a blood workup, plus I have a mysterious rash on my head and my back andit's NOT ringworm.
Dr J sez he couldn't get a reading on one of my liver enzymes, he even diluted it and still couldn't get a reading, but all my other tests were normal. Meowmy told him I was sleeping alot and not really hungry. Dr J didn't see anything turning yellow on me so meowmy had him send the liver test out to a lab...GUESS WHAT? My enzyme leve was 2900 adn normal is 100! Meowmy panicked. Dr J sez it's probably the amytrypteline giving me the rash and the high reading and he took me off it, gave me wome liver proteciton medicine and some topical and oral antibiotics for my itchy rash. (It's not contagious!) Meowmy hopes I will stop spraying becasue that's why I was on the amytrypteline, even tho I'm fixed. I get upset easily and spray alot and meowmy doesn't know what to do anymore...I don't want to be bad, but I have to let everyone know this is my house, even my brothers and sister.
My rash is getting better and I'm feeling better after my vet visits last week and being off the suspicious medicine. I will see Dr J again on the 18th to ck everything again. Meowmy is happy I'm eating and looking and feeling a lot better already.
