Arrival Story:
My husband saw some cats near a client's office parking lot and told me about them (this is kind of like giving a dog a bone). I have a feral colony and assist other "caretakers" whose colonies need help with birth control, using a method called TNR (trap, neuter, release). This colony was so fortunate to have a caretaker, and he (yes, he) needed help right away getting the population under control. There were seven or eight regulars and many were "teenagers", and virgins in the sense they'd never been trapped before. Well, we caught nine in two days and except for Sam, they went to Operation Catnip and then back "home".

Bio:
Sam was her caretaker's favorite, his name is Darren, so we named her after Darren's wife on Bewitched. She was pretty wild when we first brought her home, but her playfulness and tom girl style fit right in and she made furrriends with all our cats. She now will let me know on occassion that she wants human affection, usually by rubbing up against me legs and pushing her tush up in the air as high as possible!
