Arrival Story:
Hi, I'm Georgia and I'm from Iowa, although I don't live there now. Before I found my humans, I lived at the Johnson County/Iowa City animal shelter. I was somehow abandoned when I was just a little kitten, but some nice people found me in the back of a semi and Jen, one of my humans, adopted me at the shelter. I've lived in Iowa, Indiana and Oklahoma and I used to have a pal, Benny, but he died because he had feline Leukemia. I was really sad. Now I have three new pals and that's cool. Although recently this hairless cat-thing came to live with us and I'm not sure if I like him yet. He cries and squeals and tries to grab my tail. He also seems to take up some of my former valuable lap time. That's gotta change!
