Arrival Story: One frosty October day, when she was just a tiny kitten, the family who lived next door suddenly moved away, took her mommy and left her all alone. She sat outside the dark and deserted house for many days, crying and hungry, we tried to catch her but couldn't. Then one day she made the most important decision of her life... she walked over to our house and sat outside the patio door. She was the tiniest cat, so hungry and scared. Naturally, we took her in and she has never looked back. Good choice!

Bio: Molly had a stroke when she was about 2 years old. Luckily, we knew something was very wrong when we saw her stagger and fall to one side. We rushed her to the vet right away and within 20 minutes she was on medication. The vet told us that she was now blind, and may stay that way. After a few days in the vet's care, she returned home and started to learn how to live without sight. The big question was, whether it would be permanent. 2 days later, as I waved a piece of thread in front of her, her paw shot out and caught it! She could see again! She has been just fine ever since, and we love her to bits.

I've been tagged! My favorite angel-kitty, Hootie, has done me the honor.... now I'm forced ---but not against my will :-)-- to list seven wonderful qualities about yours truly. Hmmmm. This is hard. Too many to list.....but i will try my best:
1. Good looking! Black and White rules!!!
2. I appreciate the finer things in life... like all my furriends.
3. I am swift as a lightning bolt. By the time you see me, it's too late!
4. A genius! Well, a misunderstood one, but still a genius.
5. I have leadership qualities that no one can deny.... especially my siblings!
6. I am sweet and quiet almost all the time... ALMOST.
7. I am always kind to humans. After all, if we cats don't stick up for them, who will?
Well, furriends, that's my list. Woefully inadequate but all true.
Oops gotta run, I see a spot of sunshine on my favorite chair!
Love you all

Well, here I am, in my elegant, crisp black and white. The other cats in this household are nice enough, but lack my sense of style! Some of them are downright dishevelled unless they are willing to be brushed. The only ones who fully appreciate my good looks are my humans (especially the female).
Anyhow, since I am all dolled up, and nowhere to go, I have decided to play the Staring Game. You should try this, it is a good way to find out what your fellow cats are made of. Here's what happens :
MITZI always starts to growl at me when i stare; I usually go away when this happens. Not that i'm scared or anything. She is so cranky!
HOLLY is a nervous-nellie, and sometimes runs away. This is good, because the game then turns into High-Speed Chase, which is what I really wanted in the first place!
CHARLIE is the most frustrating of my siblings. When I stare at him, he yawns and goes to sleep. What up with that? ? Perhaps this is a male characteristic? I have observed that the bearded human sometimes does this when the female tries to get his attention. Hmmmmm. Very curious, indeed!
But hey, let's face it-- when in doubt, I can always look in the mirror and stare at myself (please refer to paragraph one)
Well, I think it's time to go and have a nap. To all my wonderful kitty friends around the world, I say "wish you were here", cuz I would love to stare at you too :-)
Kisses!
Your excellent friend
