I'm finally far enough along in my book I'm writing, to start accepting submissions.

I'm not done with all the writing yet but if I start taking submissions now it gives you all a little more time to get them to me. I'll take submission through May but at some point I need to choose the ones that will make it in to my book and send it off for print. I also won't start picking which ones I'm using until the time has ended to submit. I am looking for a purebred Ragdoll for the cover too. As much as I love Tyler and Trinity - I shouldn't put my Ragdoll wanna-be's on the cover :(

The details are at http://kimscats.home.mchsi.com/ telling what I'm looking for, what the book is about and how to proceed if you'd like to submit photos (I'm even looking for a few non-ragdoll photo's).

I spent a few hours going thru my cat books when I joined Catster, re-looking at breeds, coats, colors etc. Mr. Tyler and Ms. Trinity's hair is so different ! They got baths again last night. Trinity looks so much prettier after a blow dry. Bless her heart her hair looks messy the rest of the time. It's actually twice as long as Tylers but so fine and lays down flat. His is like bunny hair - fluffy all over and med length. I THINK he would be considered a Seal bi-color and Trinity I don't know - a van pattern? who knows. I put down mixed breed as #1. Didn't know on 2 to put Ragdoll, Birmin or Turkish Angora (for Trin) or just plain old domestic Long or med hair. I know their personality can't be beat - it's great.
