Hey I forgot to tell you that at this new house they have a magic floor. I'm sure it's there to prevent me from making a break for it. Make any sudden moves and you instantly become Cartoon Cat: chica-chica-chica-chica-chica-shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh-whoomp! And the next thing you know you're lying on the floor next to a cabinet door wondering how the humanlings changed the cat laws of physics. But I'll show them! I'll keep practicing my smooth feline acrocatics on the magic floor in secret at 3:00 in the morning. I must be more careful though, they seem to have a silent alarm. The minute my floor exercises get warmed up around the couch under the table under the desk and behind the Big Talking Picture Thing, the humanlings come sneaking out to catch me in the middle of the night. I pretend its all an act, and I swear I saw another wiggly that made me do it. I don't think they are buying my act though because sometimes they subject me to kitty floor torture. They catch me flat on the magic floor and spin me around and around. But I fooled them. I have become immune to their efforts, and actually its pretty fun. Especially when I get up and walk away sideways. That must be one of the affects of the magic. You can't tell which direction is what, and if you try to move that way you end up moving the other way and the next thing you know...your flat on the floor again. And then I've got them trained to scratch my chin and tummy while I'm laying there. What a life! Maybe I'll take my time practicing my escape plans.

The humanlings who catnapped me have been treating me like royalty. That's as it should be. They scratch my chin, play with me and feed me all kinds of treats. I stole a muffin from one this weekend, but I didn't really like it. I killed all kinds of things all over the house, too, like feet. When I got lonely, I called out pitifully, and someone usually came to pay attention to me again. Sweet!

Help! I've been catnapped! That tom human brought some little humanlings home and everything was fine and we were playing and the next thing I knew I got stuck in this stinky crate and put into this big thing with wheels and I told them I wanted out but all they did me was give me turkey. Ok, maybe that part wasn't so bad. In fact, it started getting pretty good with all those little humanlings giving me more and more turkey. I fell asleep actually. And then they took me out into this big new house, and I got away and I found a nice dark bed to hide under. But then they pulled out the turkey again, and I swear I couldn't help myself. I mean it WAS turkey. All you kitties out there understand, right? But then, they didn't show me where the litter poop place was, so I showed them all. Right on the couch, right in the middle of the blanket? You all know that trick? Got there attention that's for sure. Well, they set me up a real nice poop place that I have all to myself now. They even put some of my poop in it for me so I could find it easier. I thanked them immediately by finishing the job I had started. So then of course...more TURKEY! You know what mom? If you ever want to see your kitty again, you may just have to come and get me yourself. Bring LOTS of turkey. Did I mention the turkey? You'll find me fast asleep on top of one of several little humanlings.

I've been tagged by Marshmallow!!
Here are the rules:

Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Cats who are tagged need to write in their own diaries about the seven things and the rules. You need to choose seven cats to tag and list their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment that they have been tagged and to read your diary!

MY LUCKY TAGGED CATS:
1- Tiger (494979)
2- Cuddles (581366)
3- Sammy (580770)
4- Poe (528093)
5-
6-
7-

OK READY?

1) I got my name because, when my mommy got me, I was so scared, I would hide in the best spaces. She once went nearly 24 hours without seeing me, and she freaked!

2) When I was a baby, before Mommy adopted me, I was raised on trash, so I'll eat anything, but particularly love turkey and roast beef.

3) I love to play with my brother Rattlesnake -- and I sometimes convince Grumpy to play.

4) Mama's books make a good bed.

5) I actually do come when called.

6) I prefer danglies to catnip!

7) My mama wrote about Catster and Daily Kitten. Check it out at wacotrib.com! (http://www.wacotrib.com/featr/content/features/stories/2007/07/15/07152007waccatcolumn.html — Sorry, but mama doesn't know how to do links yet).

I'm bored. It been raining too much here, and I don't want to go outside. Meowmy and her tom-human grudgingly let me and my brothers stay inside. But there's not much to do without my humans around all day.

Speaking of Meowmy, I think she's sad. I don't know why, tho. After all, she has me! Mebbe I'll hop on her lap once she gets home and try to cheer her up.

I think I'll stay inside all night, too, and avoid all the scary noises and weird people outside. They keep setting off loud, smoky, bright toys, and I don't like it much. My brother Chris, tho, hides under the bed!
