Arrival Story:
At the time, my boyfriend (now husband) and I were living in Tucson, AZ. My father passed away in March 2000 and I was absolutely devastated--didn't leave my bed unless I absolutely had to. In the middle of April, my boyfriend came home with this little, meowmy orange kitten that he had seen thrown out of a car in front of him. He pulled over and luckily Callie didn't run from him and he brought her home. I believe she was a gift from my father to ease my pain.
Bio:
Callie is loud, obnoxious, nawtee to put it bluntly. She gets into everything, cannot stand a door to be closed, she is demanding, must always have her way, is majorly destructive...and I love her to death. She is my favorite kitty as she has the best personality--though not a lap cat, she can be quite demanding for some back scritches. She prefers her brother over everyone else, but I sneak in a few kisses here and there. I truly believe she was meant to be mine and I could not have asked for a better kitty. I love her to death!
