We had just bought a new house and I was looking for a new addition to our family. I really wanted a dog but somehow we ended up with Lily. I had convinced my husband to go to the shelter to look at a dog but once there we had to look in at the kitties first just to say hi. Well sure enough my husband spotted her and pointed her out to me. We spent some time with her and just knew she was meant to be with us. The next day we went back and took her home and she became part of our family.
