Arrival Story:
Felix lived w/a family at one time. They callously dumped him in their apt. complex when they moved. Confused & bewildered, he approached a kind young man named John who scooped him up, and promised him he'd find him a great home. Felix was so friendly & loving, that he was rubbing up against the cage the same afternoon he was neutered. He wanted to keep Felix, but his 2 giant dogs saw him as a tasty meal, as they never lived w/cats before. It was w/reluctance, that he asked us to find Felix a furrever home. He's also SUPER smart, and responds well to commands like, "Come here," "No," "Its playtime!", etc. I think he is 50% DOG! hehe
Bio:
Felix is the friendliest, most sociable cat I've ever met. I've heard of cats like this that are outgoing, not afraid of anything, and easily adjust to change, but had never actually met one.
Felix adores people of all shapes, colors, sizes. He loves to rub up against their legs, ask for pets, headbutt you, and give you "kisses" on the nose. He can be held comfortably, and likes to peer over your shoulders. He plops down on your lap, and purrs gently as he drifts asleep. He also loves his playtime, and can clear a good 5 ft in the air with his amazing aerial skills. He loves attention, chin scratchies, & being adored for the lovebug he is. He'll roll on his belly, and give you his best "hound kitty" eyes for some extra wet food.
Felix has a gorgeous white coat, overlayed with ticked, taupe colored tabby markings. His twin is the Friskies poster child, and they could truly be long lost brothers. He is a big boy, with lovely white paws, and a light pink nose that always looks for fun and mischief. His coat is so soft and silky...
He's fully litterbox trained, has NEVER sprayed despite being in several foster environments, doesn't scratch improperly, and takes great care of himself. He's in tip top health, and FULLY VETTED.
Felix is OK with older kids, but not young ones. He's OK with small dogs, and likes other playful kitties.
***He's been neutered, combo tested for FIV and FeLV (both Negative), deflead w/Advantage multiple times, dewormed 2x, and vet checked. All records will be provided w/adoption.***
His adoption fee is $80 for FULL VET SERVICES.
