The Life of a Feral Cat...

New Toy...

So for a while now i have been watching the human mommy play with Runt, Sissy, some of the new kittens and then one of the older cats "Mama's Boy". So last night at feeding the human mommy brought a new toy on a stick. She said she bought it special for us kitties. So i decited to play too. Oh my Meow!!!!!! I didn't realize how much fun it was to play with the human mommy. I played so much. I kinda took over Runt's and sissy's play time. I REALLY LOVE TO PLAY!!!! I played so hard that I had to rest. And i was so upset to see the human mommy leave. Can't wait till tonight at feeding to play some more.

Young Mom...

Although I am small, I am over a year old now. I just had my 1 year birthday. On May 30th I gave birth to my first litter of kittens. My kittens are now 2 weeks old and not to be seen by the humans. But the day after I gave birth the humans heard my babies. I ate quickly then ran to attend to my babies. The humans were happy that i attended to them so quickly. I just started passing around the yard after my babies were born just to keep an eye on the humans and the rest of the cats so that no one messes with my young. I am a bit protected of my babies. The humans weren't even sure if I was fat or pregnant cause i was a healthy weight and full of fur before i got pregnant where as most the other cats are short haired and thinner build than me. The human mommy thinks i may be part dwarf cause i am much smaller than the rest for my age. The is also Runt and Rascle that are smaller for their age too but the difference is my legs are somewhat shorter. so because of my size i get mistaken as a younger kitty. No biggie...mol.
