Coloration: Brown Tabby

Favorite Nap Spot: On a lap -- any lap.
Favorite Food: Chicken--any form prepared in any way. He's even eaten chicken from chicken salad.
Skills: He's very accomplished at Kitty Hockey -- hitting a ball across the floor, catching it, and guiding it with his feet to a position where he can hit it again.

indoors
Arrival Story: Our cat, Clyde, went to the Rainbow Bridge shortly after his 17th birthday. His sister, Bonnie, went to live there two years earlier. We were at the point in our lives when we were ready to say "No more pets." That didn't last long -- the house was so empty. So, we went back to our vet and adopted two 7-month old brothers. They were born at her office and had been waiting for a forever home. While standing at the check-in counter, a very friendly little guy kept trying to crawl into my purse. We inquired about him and, like the two boys we were adopting, he had been born at the vets and on the same day as the brothers, so they had spent their whole lives together. They said a woman was going to adopt him, and they were holding him for her until she returned from vacation. On impulse, I asked them to call me if the adoption fell through. About a week later, we got the call -- Jack was available. So, instead of no pets, we had three.
Bio: Jack is the friendliest, most loveable cat I have ever met. He has never seen a stranger. He has to "help" you (and any workman/ repairman who visits) do everything and follows you around like a puppy-dog. Consequently it takes twice as long to do anything as you simply have to pay attention to such a sweet, loveable little boy.
Lives Remaining: 9 of 9

I've Been On Catster Since:
Greyson and Athena got married today at the Church at Purrs-n-Woofs Village. It was a beautiful and joyous occasion. I was the Best Cat, and my brothers, Bobby and Teddy, were groomscats. Greyson's legs only buckled once, but we were there to support him. All of their friends were there to wish them well and to see them start their lives together. They met on Catster -- at the Cat's Meow -- while playing the Dating Thread. Who would have thought the game would have led to marriage.
I wish you the best life has to offer, Greyson and Athena. Congratulations!
I was minding my own business -- sitting in front of the Big Window watching a squirrel. All of a sudden, there's a loud bang and Teddy jumped off His Table. Then, Bobby comes running at us with blood in his eye. I jumped up on our House to get out of the fray, and Bobby took off after a retreating Teddy. All over the house they went, with Mrs. H right after them. Mr. H finally got Bobby to stop, and I thought it was all over. But, no, Bobby jumped Teddy again! This time, Mr. H grabbed Bobby and put him in the Little Room. Now, he's in there just crying away, and Teddy is shaking on His Mommy's lap.
I just don't understand those two -- brothers shouldn't act like that! Poor Teddy didn't do anything bad, but Bobby really got into trouble. I wonder how long Mr. H will make him stay there all by himself?
