Arrival Story:
Bella had been at the Oregon Humane Society for over a month before I bailed her out. Her previous owner surrendered her because she was "mean" (i.e., she scratched and bit). I recognized her as a shy and scared kitty who was just misunderstood. She has a wild streak (she's a tortie) and is still skittish, but she is a very sweet girl who just needed a little extra love and her own space.
Bio:
Bella lives in Portland, OR, with her dad. She has two kitty neighbors, Katsa and Roscoe, and one doggie neighbor, Tilly. She gets along with them but prefers to keep her distance. She likes to explore and go outside (except when it's raining), but will not go far unless dad comes with her. When it's nice she likes to sit in the back garden and watch bugs. Sometimes she just goes a little crazy and has to bite a human's hand or foot, but mostly she just likes to chew on plastic bags (the crinkly texture is irresistible). She doesn't make friends easily in person, 'cause she's so shy, but she likes having online buddies, so feel free to add her as your Catster friend.
