When you're as cute as me.......

The Good Ol' Snip

Well, Meowmy put us into our crates the other day and took us to the vets. She said we were getting the "Good Ol' Snip" and hopefully I'll stop humping her bathrobe sometime in the future.
Whatever that means, clearly I am delicately loving that pink fuzzy thing.

Next thing you know I am in a kennel preparing for ... *dramatic music* SURGERY! You could tell Daddy had sympathy for me. The men always do.
Ive got a little shaved arm now, and a big empty space on my rearend O_O
And suddenly I have the urge to cuddle MEOWMY which I rarely let her do
But you know whats the worst part of all this?
I cant go outside into the garden to play and get my mind off all the extra air down south.

Willow, who has a little bald spot on her left side cant go out for 10 days and Meowmy wants to be "fair" and keep me in too...(aka doesnt want Willow to escape when I come in and out)
Yeah, we'll see how long THAT lasts. I have my plans...oh yes, I have my plans.

So. Its been done. The Good Ol' Snip.
Time for me to grow that beer belly I've been wanting!

Then Suddenly Peace

Wow, the last 3 weeks have really been a whirlwind!!
First, my meowmy brings home this large loud lady whom she calls her sister! shes always calling me weird names like Schmogla, and cuddling me when I want to run away and play!
Then, Meowmy brings home this feisty kitten named Willow O_o. I was trying to be so nice and just sniff around her and she did nothing but hiss. It was a stressful time for me. I couldnt sleep on my meowmy's and daddys bed because she was always in there and shed always find my food and eat it!
But then one day I just batted her on the nose with my paw, and she did the same and suddenly we were playing and it was just sooooo much fun! we played and played for hours and by the end of up we snuggled up and slept. We've been best friends ever since, and even though she still steals my food we clean each other and play all day long.
Meowmy seems really happy because my human brother no longer has scratches all over him from me trying to wrestle with him hehe :P

Now Willow and me play in the bath tub and people/bird watch from the bathroom window, its the best!
Lots of new faces, but in the end the more the merrier!

Signing off for now, I hear theres a cat nap with my name on it

Well, I certainly have settled into my new home.
I have been growing lots and lots, says mama - who remembers when they first brought me home and I could fit in her hand!

I am getting along with my human brother now too. In fact hes actually quite a fun play thing once you get used to him being so screechy all the time! Today he brought over a bunch of his friends and their mommys and I dont think I had a minute to myself! There were so many small hands, shrieks of laughter, feet coming out of the wazoo, and plenty of "games" being played in and around me............and you know what? I handled it like a true champ!
I was in the spotlight, just like i should be :P

Now, after a day of hard work, I am passed out in the corner. It's nice to have a home huh?
