in my daughters bed...under the covers next to her best friend- Jelly-Bean
was on special diet- Hills K/D
oh yes indeed! she could barf bigger hairballs then 'Fur-Face' could...and on the bed too!
my daughter (when she was a child) would stay over at her fathers house on the weekends (we were divorced); and one weekend she stayed over at her cousins house for a birthday party (these people were very noisey and partied every weekend for one thing or another). they had a little kitten who was afraid of all the noise and all the commotion and hid down in the cellar. also, the cousin had a little 2yr. old daughter that was allowed to pull on this little kitten's tail, legs and ears...and even broke one of the kitten's ear cartlidges so one ear flopped. the poor kitten got so she never came up stairs at all and hid all the time, she was so frightened. my daughter's cousin said that she was sick of this unsocial kitten and was going to throw her outside to get rid of her....now, this poor kitten (she was only 12 weeks old) had never been outside once in her life, plus...this is in the city- she would have died out there! she was not spayed, but the mean cousin had had her declawed already. (how could she defend herself out there then?????) so my daughter, as loving as she was, asked if she could have her. This is how Snowey came to live with us.
poor Snowey! she was so afraid of everything! she lived in my daughter's bedroom, too afraid to come out, she never got over her fear of noises or other people. she had a good life while we had her tho. then at 12 years of age she came down with kidney failure. we had her for a couple more years, she was on special food to help the kidneys, but it soon over took her. we laid her to rest out behind the house next to her best friend Jelly-Bean, my daughters origional cat. they rest together out there as they did in life waiting to be with us again, someday, at the Rainbow Bridge. God Bless you Snowey, i know you are happy and we'll see you again, please wait for Rosa, she misses you and Jelly-Bean and will be there someday to play and care for you again.
