I forgot to mention that since they call it Meat Paste,Dad figured that he could make Meat Paste Meat Loaf out of it! He mixed some of it with some seasoned bread crumbs,rice, no-salt seasoning,other spices,a dash of soy sauce & a bit of "milk carton" egg to hold it together,& baked it until firm. He made some mushroom gravy (from the water & soy sauce we've been using to re-hydrate his breakfast mushrooms) to serve the Paste loaf with. We'll let you know how it was! I bet Cali doesn't eat it that way,either!
