I wanted to let you all know how my sisfur, Annie, and I are doing. Well, Annie went to the vet today and the vet is thinking that she has what is called feline hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. They are planning on doing a ultrasound on her heart to determine if that is what is going on. The prognosis isn't real good if she has that. Her heart was beating 260 beats per minute which is double what kitty hearts should beat at. Meowmy is going to keep her comfortable and isolated from us kitties so she doesn't get too worked up. The doctor told her to give her 5mg (which is about a sliver) of a baby asprin every three days to help me. It's a very tiny bit of asprin.
Meowmy was hoping for some better mews from the vet and was not expecting this bad mews. She is very sad about it. The doctor told meowmy to take Annie with us when we go to grandmeowmy's house for Christmas so she can take her baby asprin. That is just temporary until they find out what is wrong with Annie. *Hailey wipes tears from her eyes* Annie is my littermate and I love her. She is the only kitty in the house that I like. The other kitties in the house....I keep my distance from. MOL
Update on me......I only had the one seizure yesterday and did not have another one! YAY! I hate that mean old seizure monster. I am back to feeling better! Thank you effuryone for all the rosettes, pressies and pmails! It sure made me feel better. Annie sure does appreciate it too!
Love & purrz,

Hailey, we continue to pray for little Annie. We read up on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy when they thought Tony might have it and it said Vit E was also good for it. You might ask your vet about that too.
We were really glad to hear you didn't have anymore seizures~that was good news. Our love to you Anna and family
