When my mother, myself, and my sister moved in with my stepfather, he had around 17 pretty much wild cats living in his backyard that he fed. When I moved in, I adopted them as my pets, and began to get them used to human contact. Only about two would allow me to pet them. Now I can pet all of them and Bandit is the only one that does not enjoy it. She is Mrs. Antisocial.
Bio:
Sterlin, next to Bandit, took the longest to submit to human contact. It used to be that if he even cought me looking at him, he'd take off until I was 'distracted' by one of the other cats. He, unlike Bandit, enjoys very much being pet and rubbed, but I am the only one he will allow to pet him. I was going to name him Blaze for the white patch on his chest, but not too long before NASCAR driver Sterling Marlin's grandson, Sterlin Blaze, was born. I didn't think he looked like a Blaze, so I called him Sterlin after Sterlin Blaze Marlin.
