Arrival Story:
When my daughter was 7 years old she wished herself a cat. we first looked in the local pound, where they had no kittens old enough. Then we read an ad in the newspaper and visited the kittens. There was an orange and a grey tom cat, and two calico girls. My husband had an orange tom when he was a boy, so he preferred this one, and one of the girls was so cute, we decided they should stay companions. So Bärli and Hexi went with us.

Bio:
He and his sister Hexi had a happy life with us. When Bärli was 11 , his sister Hexi died due to a mistake of the vets in anesthesia after treeting her teeth. Fiona and Farina were 5 months old and he got very attached to them, playing with them like a kittie and grooming each other. When the girls grew larger they only stayed normal fellow-cats. At this time he had cronical vomiting an diarrhea since about 2 years and the vets did not find out why. It grew worse the next year and I could prolong his life for a second year by giving him an injection dayly,which improved his condition a little bit. At last he was so sick and weak, that the vet had to redeem him. We will never forget him.
